Boosterthon Update

Congratulations to our Vineland students, families, teachers and administration who made this year's Boosterthon more successful than ever!  We collected close to $15,000 for our school. In addition, with the pledges made by our school, Boosterthon will be feeding 192 families in need on our behalf!
The money collected will allow us to purchase necessities for our school such as: technology, instruments, academic enhancement materials, sports equipment, benches and tables, Red Ribbon Week anti-drug items, support for Office & classroom Aides.
Thank you to all volunteers, your hard work made Boosterthon a huge success: Leslie Sanders, Marlene Christophers, Steve Mele, Jessica Blanco, Carmen Font, Gia Pedroso, Maru Jaramillo, Michelle Acosta, Alina Ramos, Maria Tomczak, Lily Galdo Marrero, Janelle Bedoya, Amy Sena, Janet Bass, Teshica Bedford, Beth Bass, Ben Blanco, Lopez del Rincon, Joanna Bascuas, Mike Guerra, Lina Fuste, Linda Klurman, Lori Nesseman, Valerie Deville, Belinda Deville, Katie Deane, Maylor Rodriguez, Leslie Hunt and Myriam Trovviane. (we are sorry if any volunteers were missed on this list)
Finally, Congratulations to Mrs. Rosen's 3rd grade class, you brought in more money than any other class in our school.  You have earned an ice cream party!

Doris Ruiz-Dopazo and Christina Phinney

Thank You behalf of the PTA and myself, I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Doris Dopazo for spearheading this successful fundraiser, 2 years in a row!!  Without her hard work and countless hours organizing and communicating Boosterthon information to the administration, teachers, parents and kids, this event would not have been as successful!!!

Many thanks to all the wonderful Vineland families for your continued support.

Parking & Traffic Guidelines

Please t the time to review Vineland's Parking and Traffic Safety Guidelines.  It is important that all parents follow the guidelines to ensure the safety of the children, obey the traffic laws, ensure a speedy pick-up and drop-off process and be respectful of the school's neighbors.  Vineland staff and the Miami-Dade County Police Department will be enforcing these guidelines and laws throughout the school year.
