Do The Right Thing

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE
FEBRUARY 2014
DO THE RIGHT THING WINNERS

Joshua Bradley- Kindergarten, Ms. Fornaris
Joshua is a bright student with an amazing personality. He always looks for ways to fill someone else's emotional bucket with positive and encouraging words. Joshua finds ways to help his peers and at all times makes them feel like they are the best. Although very young, Joshua promises to be a very caring and positive person in life.

Austin Tolley- Kindergarten, Ms. Radell & Ms. Vargas
Austin should be rewarded for his excellent academic performance.  In the classroom, he models exemplary behavior and citizenship.  Austin demonstrates teamwork, responsibility, respect, and kindness to his peers. He participates and shows great interest in learning during instructional time.

Angie Machado- 1st Grade, Ms. Carter
Angie is kind and helpful to all her classmates. Although English is her second language, she tries her best every day and has made great progress.  If a student is upset, she tries to comfort him. She is quick to say she's sorry and is a breath of fresh air in today's population of students who like to put the blame on everyone except themselves.

Maximilian Borelli - 3rd Grade, Ms. Samuels
Max is a Model Student! He not only brought his academic and conduct grades up, he also enjoys challenging work, helping classmates, and being a leader in the class. I am very PROUD of Max and all that he has accomplished! For these reasons and many more, I know that Max deserves to be honored for DO THE RIGHT THING!

Zachary Schurr- 5th Grade, Ms. Calero
Zachary Schurr is a student who is quiet yet enjoys participating in class. He is kind to others and helps a classmate when needed. His smile makes everyone in the class feel comfortable. Also, he is a school patrol and helps other students follow school rules. Zachary is an outstanding student.
