It's Going To Be An Epic Adventure!   

Get your running shoes ready for Vineland's Biggest Fundraiser of the year!  Boosterthon Fun Run is coming to Vineland K-8 Center, with pep rallies scheduled for Tuesday, October 18th and the Fun Run on Thursday, October 27th. Parents are encouraged to cheer on their favorite runner and to join us during pep rallies.

Upper Academy Magnet High School Information Sessions
Vineland K-8 Center will host the following schools to provide presentations to our 8th grade students. These presentations will be scheduled during the school day. Parents are welcome to attend any of the information sessions. Parents must sign in through the main office before each presentation.

• 10/3/11 at 10:40 a.m. - TERRA - (for students currently enrolled in Algebra 1 & Earth/Space Science)
• 10/3/11 at 12:15 p.m. - MAST Homestead (for students currently enrolled in Algebra 1 & Earth/Space Science)
• 10/4/11 at 8:35 a.m. - Robert Morgan Educational Center
• 10/4/11 at 1:15 p.m. - Felix Varela Senior High
• 10/6/11 at 8:35 a.m. - Law Enforcement Officers Memorial High School
• 10/11/11 at 12:15 p.m. - International Studies Preparatory Academy (for students currently enrolled in Algebra 1 & Earth Science)
• 10/26/11at 8:35 a.m. - Coral Reef Senior High

High School Open House Information
Most High Schools host an Open House as an opportunity for prospective students and parents to visit the school. The dates listed below are some of the many being offered. Please look at the school district's website for more information on any school of interest.

• George T. Baker Aviation School - 10/15/11 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• MAST Academy Key Biscayne - 10/2/11 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• John A. Ferguson Senior High - 11/5/11 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Miami Palmetto Senior High - 11/9/11 at 7:00 p.m.
• Coral Reef Senior High Magnet Fair- 11/19/11 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
